  遞解令在身被押 華男辦U簽證獲釋 【紐約訊】 May 01, 2013 06:00 AM | 1040 次 | 0  | 3  |  |  董行勇（前排中）感謝哥哥（前排左）及律師王君宇（前排右）的幫助。（本報記者/攝影） 因U簽證申請獲得暫時批准(prima facie approval)，華裔男子董行勇在新州移民監獄關押一個月後，30日早上獲釋回家，與妻子和兒女團聚。由於有遞解令在身，一直擔心被遣送回國的董先生昨日終於稍感放鬆，他希望自己的U簽證能夠最終獲批，與妻子和孩子在美幸福生活。 36歲的福州籍外賣郎董行勇，於3月21日晚約8時在曼哈坦2大道34街附近駕駛電動自行車送餐時被警方攔下，後因無駕駛執照而被逮捕。在曼哈坦關押一周後，董行勇又因非法移民問題被轉往移民監獄繼續關押。 董行勇的哥哥在案發後心急如焚，向律師王君宇求助。王君宇發現董行勇在2007年受到不法分子侵犯事件符合申請U簽證的資格，於是用最快速度為其準備U簽證的申請材料。 董行勇昨日描述，2007年7月30日凌晨1時，他在布碌崙9大道夾41街附近，從其餐館老闆的車裡下來後步行回家，途中突然衝出八、九位西語裔男子，共同對董先生施暴，並搶走了他的iphone和錢包。董行勇被打得遍體鱗傷，腳骨險些斷裂，他忍痛爬到路口，攔下一輛車，在車主幫助下向警方報案，並因此休養了一個半月。律師王君宇以此遭遇為董行勇遞交了U簽證申請，並很快獲得了暫時批准。 董行勇有一名六歲的兒子和剛剛四個月的女兒，他回憶，在獄中最想念的是妻子和兒女，時刻擔心妻子獨自照顧孩子太過辛苦。他感謝哥哥的全力幫助和律師的盡責，讓他很快與家人團聚。   Read more:世界新聞網-北美華文新聞、華商資訊 – 遞解令在身被押 華男辦U簽證獲釋
